Two questions

I have two questions for all of you who want to kill Terri Schiavo.

1.) Do you really think that pro-capital punishment people rejoice when it is latter determined that a convicted murderer who exhausted all of his appeals and still determined to be guilty and killed, then is later determined to be innocent due to new DNA evidence? Do you think we dance a jig?

2.) Do you want Terri to die out of mercy, or just because Bush and other conservatives want her to be given another chance at life?

Think about it. I know everyone who responds will claim it is out of mercy. However I want you to seriously ponder this answer, I encourage you to do that.

Are you choosing your side simply because you don't agree with conservatives on this issue? Or did you actually look at the facts and explore to find information on both sides of the issue?

The only thing that can not be reversed is death.

1. I would hope not.
2. Of course we want her to die out of mercy. You saying that's not why is like us saying you dance a jig when and innocent prisoner is killed.

We have looked the facts (remember we do that, that's why we're always so mad). The only doctors who have come out against this have not actually examined the woman. Multiple doctors and now 21 courts (that is actually the number too) have reviewed this case. You can't listen to some guy who is backing the right that hasn't even examined the woman or a nobel prize nominee that well, wasn't ever actually a nobel prize nominee.

Yes 21 courts have looked at it, but if you are familiar with the US judicial system, you will know that only evidence presented in the trial court is able to be looked at during an appeal. The original trial judge, that Greer fella, suppressed quite a lot of evidence, and now new evidence about Terri's care and her conditions is coming out in the public's eye. If a new trial is not heard that will allow the new evidence, all Americans will know just what a sham our own judicial system has become.

As for the doctors that haven't examined her, They all wonder why Terri never even had basic preliminary neurological tests done on her. No MRI, No PET scan. Doesn't that seem odd?

I will admit that Terri's parents have a weak legal case, but they have a very strong medical and moral case. According to my research, they may even have strong forensic evidence of spousal abuse and attempted murder against Michael if a good DA would decide to prosecute.

I heard that it would be hard to find a good DA to take on a case that has been denied fair hearings by so many courts so many times. It would be like trying to move the mountains with bare hands. But then, since we're approaching Easter, perhaps we will see a miracle happen.
